Anyone managed to resist the Halloween treats? Don't suppose the kids wanted a banana instead did they :-).

Don't forget your weekly weigh on Wednesday and remember we don't judge!

If you must take a break trigger, my advice is to try not to go in reverse looking for comfort. Catch you here when you get back then ;-)

I've had some personal problems the last few months and my diet has gone out the window. I can't see an end to these problems anytime soon so I'm taking a break from my diet as I don't feel in the right frame of mind to continue. I'll be back as and when they get resolved which may not be until next year sometime.

Good luck to everybody on the Onwards and Downwards thread and thank you for all the support you have given me in the past :o) xxx
Thanks Ed. We didn't get any Trick or Treaters so I am left with fruit bars.....don't think they would have been very popular but didn't dare bring any good sweets into the house for them.
Oh dear Tigger. I am so sorry to hear that and wish, along with everyone else I'm sure. that we could be of some help.
I quite understand that with such problems it is near to impossible to think of anything else.
I hope that all will sort itself out for you and I can assure you that you will be missed and thought of.
Hello Tigger I can't add anymore that what Xstitcher has said. I wish you well and hope things sorted sorted out soon for you.
Thank you ED New Month New Beginning.

Good luck for November guys, you are an inspiration.
Hi everyone. Tigger, sometimes that's the best thing, to give one area your attention to try to sort it out and we can't help it if our diet tends to slip. I hope you manage to resolve your problems and keep your chin up. x
I've lost 1.5lb today, so really pleased, but I'll be giving away the sweets left over from Halloween.
Good Luck for November everyone, Christmas is creeping nearer. :)
Well done Kacee

Well done Kacee and hope you get things sorted Tigger and are back with us soon. x
5 lbs loss in less than a fortnight. I am below 10 st for the first time in many months :)
Well done Daffy. That's a good loss. Do you need to lose anymore?
I'm aiming for 9 st initially, then if I manage that i'd like to go back to between 8 st and 8 st 7 lb which was my constant weight before I hit the menopause.
Oh dear, I was packing boxes to send to the troops and the cellophane paper got torn on a box of maltesers. I didn't like to put in in with torn paper so I set it over. Need I say more, I saw it later and ate a couple of maltesers , then another couple and now the empty box is in the bin. Dreading weigh-in tomorrow as I have been out or a few meals this week as well so think the scales will give me bad news.
Good Morning All,
I forgot to click on subscribe so have just seen OG's words to Tigger...how well put.
I have just got my eyes open enough to read the scales and see that I am down 2 lbs. I didn't think it would be so much and it has given me quite a feeling of stick to it ness!! I hope the rest of you will get satisfactory results this week.
Well done Xstitcher. I have stayed the same but had bad cough and cold this week which I have just been eating when I feel like it . But on the mend now.
Just for info re my early morning posts....I live in a time zone one hour ahead of the UK, so I am not a complete early bird nutter!!
Well done xstitcher for your loss and staying the same is good wendilla. 4lb off for me this week and now lost 7st 7lb so very pleased. I will get to that 10 stone goal.
I think that is just so terrific Jan. You have done so well.

When is the date of your operation?
Thanks xstitcher. Op is on the 28th so three more weeks to weigh myself and will then have to wait until plaster is off.
