Anyone managed to resist the Halloween treats? Don't suppose the kids wanted a banana instead did they :-).
Don't forget your weekly weigh on Wednesday and remember we don't judge!

If you must take a break trigger, my advice is to try not to go in reverse looking for comfort. Catch you here when you get back then ;-)

Well done xstitcher and wendilla! Keep at it OG, it will definitely come down. I think I have got myself back on track thanks to all the support from here last week. I have lost 1lb and am quite happy with that as I don't have much more to lose and I always think the last few lbs are the most difficult to shift.
I can't believe it's actually working this time Wendilla! The last diet I tried (Tesco Diets) I actually put on weight :(
It is lovely to get on the scales and see 9st 10lbs instead of 10st something at last. If I can keep up this rate of loss then I should reach my goal of 8st 7lbs by early January.
Well done everyone else, keep up the good work!

Well done xsticher, Wendilla, spotit, daffy and welcome LyndaB. Stick at it, OG, I may be joining you on the naughty step this week, not feeling too positive about my weigh-in tomorrow. I've had a good run the last few weeks, but have had a dodgy week and I'll be pleased if I've stayed the same. I hope this isn't the start of a downward spiral, I'll just have to wait and see.
Well done to all the losers this week. I'm pleased too with another 3lb loss and I've had a birthday since i last saw you all! But with all this lovely weather I was able to spend my day enjoying the outdoors rather than the usual rewarding myself with food goodies; although I have had a cheese scone today after weigh-in so I'll have to walk that off tomorrow!
My tip of the week is to buy plenty of vegetables and keep a good variety in the house at all times. So if you're feeling hungry have cauli and sprouts, not either or. Replace a roast potato with some roast squash with red onions, and mash up a swede - my own favourite seasonal veg at the moment.
