Go for very dark chocolate...85% and up. Its high in antioxidents and magnesium.
Its an acquired taste,yes...but if you can lose your taste for sweet things it can only be a good thing.
What is it that is added to dark chocolate that worries you?
My bar of Lindt 90% contains "cocoa mass,cocoa butter,cocoa powder,sugar and vanilla"
A bar of Hotel Chocolat hacienda Iara 90% has cocoa solids and sugar...which will be negligible.
