I want to start a service that deliver hourly handy man, but I don't know the legal way to do it?
I know a lot of great construction workers that are unemployed , and I have been thinking of a way to help this guys and myself, by finding small jobs were the home owner or client will pay me the hours the handy man worked, I will take my percentage and then I will pay the worker.
My question is: Is there a way to do this making the handy man responsible of everything and not me, all I will do is find the job, get pay and pay my guys?

What stops them from finding their own job and keeping all the profits?
You need a better advantage for them to be tempted to being asscociated with yourself than simply offering to find work for them.
If you really want to do it that way, You need to make a brand and then workers will want to be associated with your brand, because your brand guarantees quality and reliability.
So the answer to your question is no, not really. Not in the competitive world right now and especially in the recession. The Handy men who are unemployed right now can go and find the job themselves and keep all of the profits.
It's soo complicated though. How will you know the hand men are responsible and they won't rip of the customers and not give all the money to you?
