Sorry Tax year ends on 5 April

Yes the tax year ends on 5th April but make sure that the money is actually in your ISA by that date for it to be counted for this current year and not just on the way.

Many ISA providers will have an earlier cut off date to ensure your payment can be processed on time

So best not to leave it until the last moment
