Anyone else having a problem with Lloydstsb internet banking? I've been trying to up my overdraft limit and every time I fill in the details and press submit I get an error message. There is nothing to say my request has been declined (or accepted), just - error, then a number:ref another number. Is it a problem with the site, my pc or their way of knocking me back? :)

Karen, I've never tried that particular request, but I've been on the LTSB site tonight and done some transactions (it being payday) - no problem for me. I wonder if it's just the overdraft request function causing problems?

The message has changed now Boxy to something like - there has been a technical problem, your transaction has not been completed. So I take it it's them, not me or my bank balance ;)
I had a similar problem with Abbey's site. I had seemingly filled in one of the boxes in wrongly. I can't remember what it was - spaces between numbers, no spaces or the previous overdraft limit or .....

Not much help - but is there anything that you can change?
What, that error message that says "There's a problem with our system, thank you for giving us all your bank details, Rogues.Inc." ?
Probably not connected at all but I am having huge problems with Barlcays online today. If I even managed to get logged in at all, I get kicked out again when I try to do something. They have a little message on screen so they obviously know there is a problem but when its the day before a 4 day weekend and I'm out of the country most of next week, it isn't exactly helpful.

Wolf, there's nothing I can change - it's only the amount and my password and they are both filled out correctly. It's still not working though :(
OG - isn't that the case with all banks? ;)
Milly, it's a total pain isn't it? If I pay a bill and it doesn't go through because of a computer glitch then it's my fault - but if their site has a glitch meaning we can't tend to our finances then that somehow isn't their fault either....
Thanks all x
Exactly, I'm trying to change a standing order I have in advance just in case the money isnt there but I can't call them to do it as they won't accept I don't have a pass code to speak to them so I'm going to have to try and get to the bank before it closes now. It seems Natwest are also having problems to. Wonder what is going on.

It was the website, cos I phoned them (I'm not set up for internet banking either Milly, but they asked me some security questions and that was fine) and got it sorted.
are you sure you spelt that right?
