Extra £150 Been Added To My Energy Account

An extra £150 has been added to my energy current balance taking it from being £520 in credit to now showing as £670 in credit. I have already had the second £66 amount paid into bank account so it cannot be the winter fuel refund. This £150 has not come from my bank account. There is nothing under bills and payments that even shows this money going in. My last bill shows the correct end total for 1st November. So unless anyone has any ideas as to what it could be, it would appear that this money is not mine. I am not looking forward to trying to get it sorted out.

Hopkirk - the £150 has been added to Karamia's energy account, so she can't use to it to buy Premium Bonds, or anything else for that matter.

Just giving an update....my son received a letter today saying he is eligible for the warm home discount - so that is why the mysterious £150 had appeared in account. It had been done automatically with no need to apply. Have since been on Scottish Power explanation page which has explained the matter. Thanks for everyone's help.

No it is my account. But the explanation page says "you or someone in your household qualifies" Then it says reasons - and he does qualify.
