we have just been declared bankrupt today please can you tell us which banks will enable us to open a simple card cash account for our wages to be paid in and direct debits to come out

I believe Co-op do a basic account that provides what you need, but the experts on the forum above would be able to give you all you need.

Hi. You should be ok with most banks. If you do get some problems then contact your official receiver/insolvency service who should be able to help you with the problem.

Oh..oakgrove. Dont get me wrong but you where advised to open a new account before you went bankrupt. Did you close your old account?
