i am owed money by a company that has recently gone bust through appaling directing.


to i have any way of getting some money out of them, say for example being able to take possession of assets still in the ownership of the director of the company?

If youre a creditor of the company you'll be contacted by the appointed Administrators or Liquidators. It's unlikely you'll receive much - if you're lucky a percentage of every pound you are owed.
