Could anyone let me know the right thing to do with my pension.

I have had a private pension with the pru for 12 years now,  and have been told to freeze it, or stop paying into it because i will get less back then put in at maturity.

it is such a wide subject does any one know the best option please.

Yes, it is such a wide question that you can't expect a difinitive answer from here. If you have been told to freeze it or stop paying in by a qualified Financial Adviser he will have had to put the reasons for his advice to you in writing. If it was someone else, find a Financial Adviser to talk to is my advice.
