Got relatives staying...(My rellies... Mrs C.) didn't ask when they could come.. just told us when they'd arrive... what they'd like to eat....what they want to watch on tele...and to top it all.... ready for this..their using my soap..MY SOAP....thats my soap... don't think I'd want to use someone elses soap....I'd have given them a new bar..if they's asked!!! The bloomin cheek of it!... Their going first thing in the morning... the flags will be out!!... No question to ask.. just wanted a rant... lol.. thanks for listening!..lol Mrs C x :-)))

Crisper.....if I told you how my visitors of a few years ago behaved you wouldn't believe me....I can hardly believe me....
But don't do what I did....as they drove off I texted all my friends...the ones who had counselled me through the stay and kept me sane...

Whooohooo!....Yippee!.....Horray!....They've gone!!!! They have gone at last!!!

Then sent it to all...including by mistake the departing guests....whoops..☺

Different things bother different people.
I would assume that soap is for general use. But I can remember my mother getting annoyed that the lodger used 'our' towel in the kitchen.
The other things would certainly have annoyed me though.

I routinely stay at a hotel
so we can both have time out....

and I have never had complaints about using the soap there
altho I did find a pair of used knicker on a wardrobe once....

I think the soap useage is perfectly normal but it's really naff to visit someone and demand certain food or control of the TV. That's beyond rude.
