What a lovely word...
My 2 year old neice was chatting to me the other day and called a snowman a mak-mak, i was intrigued as to where she had got the word from until my sister told me that mak-mak is the word she calls a duck (obviously meaning quack quack). Bless her heart, I suppose a round fat white snowman with an orange carrot nose sort of does look like a giant duck. I dont think I will ever call a snowman a snowman again :)

My boy used to shout it supermarkets the people had to buy free range eggs and not ones from those "battered chickens!"
He also used to call our wee cd player "sleepy" cause it looked like it had a sleepy face on it! My sister and I called it sleepy all the time. lol

My Daughter who is now nearly eight used to call a radiator a radiotater which kept my wife and I highly amused. My son who is 4.5yr and has just started in the early years dept calls his head teacher Barginty but her name is Mrs Maginty. We appologized to her but she said she has been called worse.
