playgroup & nursery...

my daughter is 2 and a half next month.. when do i start to send her to playgroup and nursery??

My son started the school nursery just after his third birthday. This will be every morning or every afternoon until the term before the fifth birthday, when they start school. I'm sure you can send her to a playgroup now though.

my son was 3 in may and I had to wait till September to send him, It is 2 1/2 hours a day or 2 days a week.

sorry i forgeot to mention that you will be as well to go into the nursery and ask as I left it too late and the nursery I wantes to send him was full so get on the waiting list now if you can.

I'ts usually the September after they are 2yrs old, but I expect some differ with their rules. Start checking them out now.

all children are entitled to a free nursery placement starting the term after their third birthday. some will accept them earlier but you would more than likely have to pay for the placement
