Saturday. IT problems this morning, Hence my late arrival. I hope it's cured now.
It's wet out this morning, so boat gear again when I go out. It keeps me all nice and warm and cosy :o} I won't be out for long unless it warms up a bit, a big bit at that!
Some snooker to watch this afternoon, no rugby :o{ Oh well, can't win 'em all, but one now and again would be nice!

Situation normal then! I don't often have trouble sleeping.

I overslept, for me, this morning, quite enjoyed it!
but you don't sleep long or so you have said, i prefer to not be awake at this time, but am unable to go back to sleep. Got to do various chores in a while and then maybe do a bit of shopping at waitrose later

Usually three to four hours, so six is a good one!
i couldn't get by on 3, 4, its that i don't sleep through the night that's the problem - still maybe its atemporary blip

In army days when in strange places it wasn't unusual to go two or three nights with no sleep at all.
I have done that too, but its a killer. I need my sleep to face the day.

was on yesterday when this happened, residents getting woken in the early hours of the morning with a thunder and lightening, called thundersnow. Minty you said that people phoned the police thinking it an explosion?
think it was only over Edinburgh area..very loud it was too..thought nearby houses had collapsed into old mine workings .it rumbled on so
