K8, it's fantastic isn't it? LOL. Also, when baby arrived it coincided with local elections and the door was constantly being knocked with local councillors canvassing so I would take baby to the door and say "Look, she's five days old... I'm sure you understand" :-D
I know how you feel about being bothered by people, I had one friend that was ringing me as early as 7am for news updates. And the day after I gave birth she text me at 6:50am to see if she could ring the phone at my hospital bed!!!! I could have throttled the woman. I barely hear from her now all the excitement is gone, which is exactly what I knew would happen. Also, my nan, who has Altzheimers, would ring 6-7 times a day to find out if I had had baby - I, too, screened all my calls in the end.
So still no twinges then? Have you been for a long walk?

Hi, Im late on here today coz Ive been at the hospital all morning, just for a check up and they gave me stretch and sweep too, possibly one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life to date!
I've been having regular, mildly painful contractions ever since, so I really hope that this is it!! I was 'one finger tip' dilated whatever that means and baby is 1/5 engaged, i'm hoping that this is all a good sign and that I don't end up having the induction they've booked for me on sunday!
