eating healthy when pregnant is soooo much harder then it sounds, normally ill eat quite healthy, dont get me wrong i love my junk food, but i eat fruit and veg every day,

anyway since becoming pregnant, apart from feeling sick for the first few months and eating practically nothing, all i am eating is rubbish :o(

mind you i do always my tea, which is a proper meal, but throught the day im snacking on crisps and choc, i cant help it :o(

basically i want to know if this can have any kind of negative affect on the baby? i know the baby gets everything they need from me so im worried

:o) xx

dont worry hun. as long as you are getting nutrients and dont have diabetes and taking on too much sugarthen baby will be fine.

Youre eating proper meals too, you may just find that youve got a bit of weight to lose after bubs arrives.

I had a McDonald breakfast muffin and hash brown most day when i was expecting my first.
my partner had cravings for fabric softner, dishwasher tablets and other cleaning products and my baby turned out fine so i wouldn't worry

im trying to eat healthy just my sweet cravings get the better of me!

I seemed to go off most 'healthy' food when I was pregnant and was addicted to mcdonalds breakfasts and the fries. My baby was born a very healthy 8lb 4oz.
