I have just had the misfortune to find myself pregnat at 50.
I thought I was going my menopause for the last 3 years.
Been taking natural supplements an everything to help with the sweats and all that.
Was even using condoms..
I just didn't think it possible.

Anyone else ever gone through this?

Perhaps not what you wanted to hear i guess.

I had my "baby" 18 years ago I'm hacked off to say the least..
There's no way I can have this child.
Then you had better consider seeing a Gynaecologist who is sympathetic to abortions....you may have to go privately..
i suggest you make an appointment with your g.p asap x
Im sorry to hear that you feel like that, though i expect i would be the same at that age.

Can i just say that i hope that you find your GP / local clinic supportive in your choice and that you get seen asap.

How far along is the pregnancy?

I've got everything under control in that way but bleeding heck why me!
After the initial shock I just couldn't believe it.

If I was you I`d give myself a week to let the shock wear off before sitting down and thinking seriously about what to do.
what does the father say?
2short........just my opinion.......better chance of getting an abortion.
sorry to hear that lellibet, I would probably react in exactly the same manner as you, best make an appointment with your gp as soon as possible
you shouldnt need to go private but these things take time to arrange and the earlier the better really

if you want to talk it through with others who have been in similar situations then you could also try this forum

You really need to talk to a g.p who can put you in touch with someone who you can talk to your choices options ect good luck x
