Sil Coming To Stay

OMG, SIL has just told us she is coming to stay for 2 weeks . EEEK ! I will have to behave and become meek and mild for a fortnight.

Complicated Cassa. Culture thing I guess, that's what is expected of me, she is quite a lot older than Mr.Sam. Thank God she lives at the other end of the earth. I suppose I can do it for 2 weeks................. I just have to THINK before I open my mouth.

Not as simple as that Kvalidir. I want Mr.Sam to be happy, so.........I will do as is expected. Boy will there be payback though after. Last time she came, a couple of years ago, we didn't even know how long she was staying. Turned out to be 6 WEEKS. At least it's only a fortnight this time.

She's one of those people who can make suggestive comments, and my sweet Mr.Sam falls for it everytime. I will have a bit of unbrainwashing (???) to do after. ( For example, I have some pretty cushions on our bed ,she asked him why and what they were for ? And he actually asked me !)

Yep Kvalidir. That's what I'll do. Just wait for my posts from the 21st-5th. She looks through all my kitchen gadgets disapprovingly too. Oh God !

I hate family who just invite themselves! And I certainly wouldn't change how I behaved. In fact, if it is someone I don't want, I behave even worst.

I will stock up with the vino NoMercy. And have a secret glass or two. I remember one time she came , many years ago, I arranged a few days away with a couple of pals and convinced Mr.Sam it was a long standing arrangement. Bless him , fell for it hook line and sinker.
