He said this Well I'm attracted to you sexually . It's important in any potential relationship but if you don't feel attracted to me in that way also as a person it be difficult you agree.

You said new guy was going to be working over next few days/weeks but I think it's odd that he is not discussing when and where your next meet up for date might be and just checking what nights you free. 

Is there no talk of any more dates? Or exciting things to do together? If he only wants you to spend night at his I'm not sure this guy intends having a relationship. More like a one night stand. Just be careful please and don't agree to anything you may regret if he then totally ignored you afterwards.
