Got friends coming around so, I'm making

Three types of melon, iced with ginger mint

pork tenderloin wrapped in pancetta, and sage leaves, served wih baby new potatoes and wilted greens, with light Calvados (apple brandy) cream sauce.

Light as a feather tatrte au citron served with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.

Minted lamb steaks, roast potatoes, runner beans and swede and carrot mash.

Hmmmm i have eggs, pickle, oyster sauce, ginget, hoi sin, garlic and lager in the fridge

Curry with chicken and prawn. I don't usually eat rice with it, so I'll probably just have some popadoms or prawn crackers on the side.
