last years jam

last years rhubarb and ginger jam was not gingery enough and i still have several jars left, would it do to boil it up again and add some more ginger and repot it?

You'd probably need to add some more pectin as well, to get it to set again, but otherwise your idea sounds fine to me.

thanks for that, i did reboil and add some more pectin and ginger, it seems fine now.
