Blind bake or not?

Hi ABers! I have pre-cooked some apples for apple pies as my wife doesn't like the fruit too chunky (Wierdo! LOL) Should I blind bake the cases or simply put the fruit mixture in the raw pastry cases and bake as normal? I'm worried they will go soggy on the bottom if I bake them once!
