Is it ok to eat onion every day? Not a whole onion, but just onion 'in' dishes etc.

Can't see anything wrong with that other than you might suffer from flatulence. It's a well known fact that eating Garlic everyday is beneficial so I can't see no harm in onions.

I don't see how it would do you any harm, unless that was all you were eating!!

Absolutely good for you! Onions have lots of cancer fighting ingredients.
Hope not as I do too!
There are very few days when I dont eat onion in one form or another, stews, braising steak and onions, salads, sandwiches, curries, spaghetti bolognese, in fact come to think of it I cant think of anything that doesn't have onion in it.

By the way for dinner tonight I'm having beef and green peppers with mushrooms ONIONS and blackbean sauce.
