I have never been a great lover of cheese, like it toasted but not like straight from the fridge, but as i got older, i find myself trying out new ones, like bavarian smoked, and ones with fruit in, and the mexicana, but i find myself addicted to feta cannot resist it, what about you?

Baked camambert is gorgeous with fresh crusty bread or mushrooms to dip like a mini fondue. Brie is lovely melted with mushrooms as a sauce for steak or blue cheese or in a dressing.
Can't eat cheese with fruit in it. Not so keen on smoked cheese and like milder goats cheese or it can be a little overpowering.
When I was working in France I loved these little cheese triangles we used to have called Kiri, no one French I asked seemed to have heard of it though and we put it down to me being dense and it being La Vache Qui Rit (Laughing Cow!).
Was recounting this to a lovely guy who was over on a study break from France when having a coffee to help him and he had heard of it and managed to find some when visiting back home and brought me a stash over :)

I adore Roquefort.
Roquefort Papillon is the scrummiest Roquefort. It's sharp, and creamy. It needs to be out of the fridge for a day before you eat it. It's better than sex. Okay, not really, but very, very nice.
Cheddar
There's a farm in Somerset called Keen's Farm. Mrs Keens is the goddess of Cheddar making. Don't eat Keen's Cheddar until the rind is starting to eat into the cheese, and it has lots of blue veins. Gorgeous. Better than sex. No ... really!
Brie.

Brie de Meaux is my total fave. At this time of year, the cows have been in the barn for the winter, eating hay instead of grass, so the new Bries have a different character from the Bries you get in the summer.
