Meat Loaf

Anyone here got a good recipe for meatloaf, I've tried three recipes so far that haven't been particularly tasty.

Use the usual base recipe... ground beef, onions, green pepper, 1 egg, tomato sauce or ketchup, salt, pepper and instead of crackers or dried bread, use 1 packet of dried onion soup mix and a few tablespoons of Worcestershire.  Additionally, try putting the mixture in muffin trays for individual servings rather than a loaf pan... works well for me...

HI clanad charles here in the colonies,being of italian descent I use a mixture of chopped beef and pork 3 cloves of fresh garlic,parsley,parmigianno reggiano cheese grated 2 good handsfull s and p to taste some breadcrumbs 2 lge eggs mix well shape pop into a 325 degree oven cook til done to your liking and ,bobs your uncle enjoy charlie
