Remove the skins and break the meat into little nuggets, fry in some olive oil until golden. Add some garlic and chilli and cook for a couple of minutes. Stir in some Dijon or wholegrain mustard, double cream and about 200ml of chicken stock. Simmer for 5 mins. Cook some pasta and mix the sauce through the pasta. :)
What Mazie said only with chilles in it. I had some last night ,cos I had sausage, chorizo and chicken to use up. Added garlic, onions and tomatoes and some chickpeas and beans. Delish and lush to boot. Had the leftovers in two wraps for lunch.
Brown sausages, remove from pan.
Soften some onions - then add some chopped bacon.
Add some chopped mushrooms.
Stir in some plain flour and then add some beef stock and about half a bottle of red. Boil and thicken.
Add a tbs of Branston and a good shake of worcestershire sauce. Season. Simmer gently for anything from between and hour and 3.
Ive got the answer! Cook them all up, let them get cold then leave them in the fridge. Youll soon see them doing a disappearing act! They grow legs! Strange that! lol
