After they've been defrosted could they be steamed for a while to warm them up? How long would they need?

toss them straight in a hot pan with a little oil or water, heated in seconds.

Heat in a pan until just starting to sizzle...throw prawns in...stir...done in 60-90 seconds. Add a love of crushed garlic.
Tip-make sure prawns are quite dry first-pat with kitchen paper.
