What do yours consist of?

For us it's

Smoked back bacon
Black pudding
Thin pork sausage (from the local butcher)
Fried crispy potatoes
Baked Beans (only Branston will do)
Fried egg (from next door's hens)
Slice of toast

We usually have this once a fortnight for dinner

sunday breakfast at the Seaview Cafe in Tankerton.
the full works big breakfast, thre rashers of back bacon (properly cooked),2 sausages, 2 eggs, saute taters, mushrooms and tomato and huge doorstep toast with jam and tea or coffee or whatever.....
served on a nuclear plate,
the decor is not the Ritz but best fodder out there!!!
I like fried baked beans with mine, delicious, but very unhealthy.

Me too Frank but don't have them any more, as you say not too healthy but done in the bacon fat very nice
Mazie - I find the butchers sausages too overpowering.

Jenny....Just fry it. Liver is so cheap that I'd use an extra piece to test as it was cooking. It's about two mins each side.
Personally we never have a fry up - too much protein and far too much fat. No, it's not OK even once in a while!

How much do they charge for that kinell?
Question Author
I love our butchers sausages but only the thin ones... the thick ones are far too fat and meaty for my taste
Question Author
It's OK in our house diddly (sorry)
I now know what I'm for dinner:

Bacon
Sausages
Eggs
Toast
That's all I have in but would usually have with them:
Mushrooms
Grilled tomatoes
Black pudding

*having
Smoked back bacon
fried bread
fried eggs
sauteed mushrooms
I dont like tomatoes but somehow enjoy the straned juice out of a can a peeled plum toms heated and poured over...mmm
Fried runny egg
Streaky bacon
Cumberland sausage
Hash brown
Mushrooms

I don't do fry-ups myself anymore but this is what I get from the canteen at work occasionally.

Sometimes only a fry up will do tigger :o)
Or failing a full fry up I also like Nigella Lawson's recipe for Eggs in Purgatory.
I'm intrigued, what's that then?
We do like them but not the smell in the house so I think in future it'll be a cafe job; I like to have bacon, sausages, yellow bit of egg, beans, mushrooms and a nice wedge of crusty white toast with melted butter.

My dad used to make us the most awesome fry up on christmas day instead of christmas dinner :c)
Yep, the rest of the time I have oats so simple in a pot or nothing till lunch time if I'm too busy.

Our fry up is much the same as everyone else except we don't fry any of it.

Beans
Hash browns (if I have them)
Black pud

Buttered bread or tea
Masses of tea.
