Haggis is delicious, we tried it on some French friends a while back, they were a bit iffy at first but helped themselves to seconds without invitation and scoffed the lot.

I've never eaten or tried tripe, heart, brains, frogs legs, mussels, winkles, cockles, eels, oysters, shark, veal, venison, haggis, horse meat, crocodile, sweetmeats (testicles), sheep eyes, fish eye, cod roe.
I adore lobster, caviar and crab though.
