Butternut Squash Soup

Bought the above last night and had a small cup of it - no did not like it - threw the rest out. TG didn't go to trouble of making some myself.

Love butternut soup. I usually make my own tho and add a little curry powder.

Probably home made is far more authentic but will stick to my own home made vegetable soup. Thanks all.

Which brand did you go for? I find the tinned stuff is often too salty.

Squash soup really suits spice. I like it made with roasted squash, Thai flavours and coconut milk, finished with a handful of chopped coriander and a big squeeze of lime juice.
