2 Chick Egg Whites

I am going to be buying these to make a pavlova.

There is approx 13-15 egg whites

I think 2 tablespoons makes up one egg white.

My problem is my tablespoons look flattish and I wouldn't trust them to be accurate.

What could be the exact measurement or could I buy a measuring spoon somewhere. Your answers are appreciated.

Yep...you buy eggs that have already been separated saving all of 5 minutes :-)

it would take more than 5 minutes if you were separating 15 eggs and fiddly too making very sure there is no yolk and no egg shell.

Being able to buy egg whites separately is a boon for anyone who uses them a lot...and has little use for so many yolks....like a single person for example.
