Peel and chop an apple into 1/4" chunks.. Add the chunks to 2-3 tablespoons of bramley sauce.. Then add a small teaspoon of Dion/french mustard.. Mix it all together.. Grill the chops on 1 side and turn over and partially grill the other side.. Then spread your apple mixture on top of the chop and grill a bit further.. Add a bit of grated cheese on top before...
Cut em into big lumps, fry gently with a few onions just to brown them off and then cook gently in sour cream and a drtop of wine or cider for 25 - 30 mins.
Just found a recipe that suggested flattening 'em out with a hammer (like the sound of doing that!) and coating in breadcrumbs- so going to go with that one I think.
