I just didn't want to expect something tastier than chicken and be disappointed.

Talbot...they were on offer. He can't resist an offer. He only popped to the supermarket to get a sandwich and came home with 3 whole sea breams, 2 poussins and a whole duck :-)

I was going to write that it is normally accompanied by various different sauces so the flavour of the meat is academic. This link more or less confirms that as it is too young to fully develop t's own flavour.

Funny.That recipe by Mary Berry also features in my link.It is said that a good stuffing benefits the flavour of poussin. You can take that how you like. :-)
