Chicken sweet and sour stir fry the "arthritis friendly" version. Not good with heavy pans or much preparation nowadays but can manage for a few minutes for the veg as it's so light and quick, done with cold leftover chicken from a ready cooked chicken I had bought, egg noodles done in the microwave, a pouch of sauce tipped over, sorted.
Nomercy, you're not gonna believe it, that's what I had!!!! I used lumps of stewing beef though instead of beef mince.
Served with basmatic rice, homemade slaw and a salad.
I put a scotch bonnet in mine, whole and removed before serviing.
Delish.
