Found A Brilliant Recipe/shopping App!

It's called YUM(yummly ). Full of hundreds of recipes, you just click and save the ones you want and then it lets you sort them into breakfasts, dinners, sides etc. Can narrow down and put in a specific item you want to use up and it comes up with every recipe with that ingredient. And there is also a shopping list so you can type whatever you want to buy, or go to a recipe and click to add all engredients to the list, then remove what you already have at home. I love it but then I'm easily pleased lol...

I think the app is a brilliant idea but I don't see why it needs to access my files/media/photos; my contacts; my identity

Wish there were a paid for app that doesn't need all these permissions.

I thought you had the ability to change the permissions of all your installed apps at any time, hc ?

I do, OG, because I don't install apps that won't let me

I have an Android phone, OG. Settings - Apps brings up a list of my apps. Click on any app and then permissions and I get a list of all the permissions with the ability to turn them on or off. Some apps won't work if I turn certain permissions off so the choice is mine

I think you must have a different version to myself. I can go into Application Manager and select a particular app, but all I get is a list of permissions. No control.

Exactly, Smow! There is no need for it to access my files, photos and contacts to work.
