Due to having had my oven professionally cleaned today, I am never using it again, so tonight we're having a microwave cookable ham and chicken thing from m&s and a load of steamed cauli.

I've been thinking that I quite fancy a Spag Bol tomorrow.
The problem being I have half a tonne of ragu in he freezer with wine in it. Am now trying to think up a quick supper as Mr Cake is heading out that doesn't have alcohol in it.
I wonder how chilli and rice with guacamole, salsa, tortilla chip and some grated cheese will go down.

So now I'm having Eccles soup for starter, patsys roast for mains, and yogis rhubarb crumble and custard to finish.
That's what I do Tilly, make a pot of whatever and buy in all the bits and pieces. Haven't done one for ages actually, maybe give it a go at the weekend, mind you it would involve using my immaculate oven.
OG, that looks lovely, so much so I've just learnt how to make a new file on my iPad for recipes, and yours in the first in it. I love all those beany textures. And one pot meals.
