Minted Lamb

i want some minted lamb chops but the butchers only have shanks

Does anyone have any advice on what i should do? Nicebloke maybe? ;)

Had a lamb shank for dinner this evening. Excellent. Can't be overrated. Root veg, mash, gravy mmmm

No mint though. Not needed. Chops don't need marinating either. Put mint sauce on at the dinner table.

I'm not a big meat eater so always put sauces on the side.
