Vegemite: No

Marmite: No

Cheese: Yes, yes, yes! Sometimes cheddar, sometimes Red Leicester, sometimes Lancashire. Topped up with soy sauce, barbecue sauce or Worcester sauce - or even some baked beans. Proper Welsh Rarebit, made with good quality beer, would be even better!

Marmalade/Jam: Thick cut marmalade, lime marmalade, ginger conserve (probably my favourite), blackcurrant jam or almost any other type of jam.

What, no mention of peanut butter? (Crunchy for me, please!)

I don't often eat toast...the after affects :((
But I like a heavily seeded, lightly toasted, thick slice slathered in butter, or very strong cheddar, or spicey mashed avocado.
