I was just going to cook them with bacon and onions. Would brown the liver first and then fry the onions and make a gravy with Oxo cubes and Bisto.

Wish I could still find Ox liver here in London.I used to get some in our local Sainsbury but can't get it for love nor money.Likewise I would only use Ox kidney to make homemade kidney soup. Can't get kidneys either. No ox cheek either. :-(
