An Ad on recent TV appears to claim “why didn’t we(they) think of putting coffee in a bag before”?
I recall coffee bags back in the either the 70s or 80s.....Can any members confirm which decade please?

Yes when I saw the add, I said that’s not new, I remember buying them years ago

Definitely 70s. A neighbour used to buy them and she died in 1977.
