Chicken, rice and peas!!

Sorry to sound stupid and too lazy to look it up in a book or on the net but does anyone know how to season chicken to make Jamaican chicken with rice and peas? I know the rice and peas bit but wondered how you start from scratch marinading the chicken!! thanks

Get up, dress (optional), go to shop, buy Jerk Seasoning (name of spice, not derogatory comment), return home and marinade chicken (preferably prepared and not feathered), cook and eat with rice and peas

And peas are not peas in the recipe for rice and peas - use kidney beans - as seen in above links.

thanks!! I did know that it was kidney beans not green kind or even the baked kind! We eat it alot when we go to the in-laws but i would like to cook it and see what the family think!! Cheers for all the lovely links!!
