I've used Tronozymol yeast nutrient in the past with good success on apparently stuck fermentations. Available mail order from many home brew sites - I use Art-of-brewing.co.uk.

thanks a lot-im guessing you make up a new starter bottle and include the Tronozymol?
Tronozymol is very good. Try getting it going in small batches. Once a portion is going in another container then add another portion of the original, get that going then add another portion and so on. Pouring a starter into a stuck fermentation in one go can overwhelm the starter.
