Anyone got a good receipe for vegetable pie, preferably without a pastry crust.

I like leek and potato pie,so easy to prepare and you can set it on the timer to be ready when you return from work.In a casserole dish
Just layer sliced potatoes,leeks and grated cheese.Keep going up in layers finishing with grated cheese.Whisk 2 eggs,about half a pint of milk and salt and pepper and pour over vegetables. Place in oven (160) for about 90mins or until vegetables are tender.This dish is sooooo filling you won't need anything else to go with it.
