Please chuck your diet on the bin just for one night. Tikka Masala and Korma are ghastly dishes which contain more sugar and colourings than chicken. Try a King Prawn Biryani, like all biryanis it comes with a medium vegetable curry. Or a dopiaza, oniony. If you like spinach, try a Chicken Sag. Tarka Dall (lentils) has a mild kick and is pleasantly laxative. Be a little adventurous, ask the waiter to tell you all about the dishes on the menu, do they have a chef's special ?
