Today I have had 2 Mr Kipling DeLightful chocolate slices and a pot of Tesco Healthy Living chocolate mousse. I have also had 2 Creme Eggs which completely negates the low fat / healthy option stuff.

Don't feel guilty ! Now if you had eaten a full fat pot of chocolate mousse and 2 full fat mr kipling chocolate slices AND 2 creme eggs then I could anderstand your anguish but every little helps ! I have a sweetener in my coffee so I can eat a doughnut etc.
And also remember to buy � price chocolate bars cos they are only � the calories !!

Hello ladies! Talking about bread ... earlier today I made a bread in the pressure cooker. It was an experiment. I'm amaze at its perfection. Crusty and brown on the outside and fleshy and soft inside. I had some hot with butter and cheddar mmmm lush lush lush!

Tiger - it's an electric non-stick pressure cooker. Regular bread dough kneaded from scratch - no measuring just dunked everything in a bowl and kneaded. Lightly greased the bottom of cooker and put the dough to rise in it. After it's risen turned on the thermostat and in maybe twenty-five minutes to half-an-hour not more, I had the most beautiful looking and delicious tasting bread. H.T.H ;-)
