What is the mould that is injected into the cheese, does anybody know this?? is it friendly mould like that "friendly Bacteria"??

Yes it's friendly. I believe it's usually a species of Penicillium -- if I remember right it's Penicillium roquefortii (and the yeast used for lager is Saccharomyces carlsbergensis). There are some cheeses which have live maggots in the rind -- you are supposed to eat these, but I've never yet had the opportunity. No doubt they are friendly too.
