I have a piece of Stilton - about 250 gr. - which is so strong that I (a Stilton lover) can't eat it. Any suggestions for its use?

Was about to post a Stilton Souffl recipe, but looks like Kozmic Blues' web page is more than enough for your wedge of cheese!
Kozmic, very interesting page, coincidence that I mentioned (briefly) the story of The Stilton only a few days ago on the "Where do you live" thread in B&S...As I said before the Bell Inn certainly knows how to serve wonderful food, to this day!!

Mmm I love stilton! My grandma -in-law makes the most gorgeous stilton and celery and stilton and brocolli soup but I can't have stilton at the moment as I'm pregnant! Howvever I'm going to ask my midwife if I can have it if it's been cooked as I'm sure anything harmful would be killed off in the cooking process - here's hoping anyway!
