Camerbert or a strong cheddar, mmmm.
I'm not a cheese fan, but me hubby likes Wensleydale with cranberries. And any strong cheese really.
I don't mind a cheese if it is cooked, like in a cheese sauce or lasagne. Couldn't eat a cheese sandwich though.

I forgot I also like goat's cheese and parmasan. In fact I like most cheese, still unsure about stilton though...

a good strong cheddar( which is about 12 miles from me)
another local cheese, afterburn, extra mature cheddar with chillies.
or a locally produced chevre( well to my parents who live in france) it's made about a mile from them ive fed the goats.
