anybody got a nice cous cous recipe.?

i´m thinking of buying cous cous tomorrow, but have never tried cooking it before

Couscous is very bland like rice until you add flavour you can put some in a bowl and add a covering of boiling water cover and leave for several minutes until the water is absorbed, or vegetable or chicken stock,then you can add spices and vegetables even pomegranate seeds are delicious

you can buy the ones with flavouring and vegetables already added, I like the Ainsley Harriot ones, they are quick and easy to prepare if you're short of time, and are really tasty!...............................You can more vegetables etc to them too, which is what I do, they're worth a try!....................

Fry some chopped chorizo , let all the oil come out, chop an onion and add, cook til soft,add some balsamic vinegar, throw in some cherry tomatoes and cook just til they are about to split. Add cooked cous cous. Delish, hot or cold.

Do some roasted vegetables in olive oil in the oven (eg celeriac,onion,peppers,carrots) then serve with the cous cous and top with cubes of feta cheese. Delicious!!
