Subway steak and cheese sub, the advert's on and it looks like kebab meat, is it or razor thin steak slices? Good? Better then the meatball sub?

there's no such thing - £3 for a sandwich! not going to happen!
I like the breakfast subs, just the thing to start the day off right!
Tasty it once ok can see the attraction but make homemade sarnies

Is that with a waferthin topping hippyhoppy? I like my pizza's and sarnies to be at least 8 inches high dripping with a minimum of 5 different sauces/condiments!
We once ordered a subway platter at my workplace and EVERYONE was ill afterwards, this coupled with the Panorama expose, where 90% of the meat in all of the Subway's tested was rotten, equals me NEVER eating at a Subway EVER AGAIN!
hmmmm... maybe i wont be indulging in one afterall then ... lol

I only went once to a Subway - because the choice of sandwich bars was, let's say, less than varied in the town I was visiting and I can honestly say that I've never eaten a worse sandwich (and I even hesitate to call it that) than a Subway BLT - pre-cooked, cheap, tasteless, warmed-up flabby bacon, soggy tomato, disgusting 'low fat' dressing, limp salad and processed cheese, all layered in a tasteless, pappy travesty of an 'Italian style' bread. How people can spend their money on such unappetising, expensive muck day after day and then rave about it being fantastic is beyond me. Have they no tastebuds or palate at all?
i dont go to subway too often but i had the teriyaki chicken sub the other day with gherkins, olives and sweet onion dressing....really good!!
